Toooot! And yes, it might sound like we’re bragging, but the fact that it’s our members that have given that feedback makes us feel pretty great about ourselves. We’re chuffed to know our members feel like they’re getting value for money with us, and that they believe us when we say we’re here for them.
 
We were also happy to see that 96% of our members said they were satisfied with their membership^. But we won’t rest until we’ve won over on that last 4%...
