Referral criteria
The offer is available to members who are financial (i.e. payment of premiums must be up to date) at the date of referral.
The referred family member/friend cannot currently be a Union Health member or dependant of a Union Health member coming off a parent's policy.
The referred family member/friend must be under the age of 32 at the time of joining.
The referred family member must take out hospital cover. Referral bonus not applicable to extras only joins.
You consent to Union Health collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal information for the purposes set out in Union Health's Privacy Statement. By providing your friend’s personal information to us you are confirming that you have obtained their consent to do so.
If the new member joins by telephone, they must mention your name and ‘Lifetime Health Cover 2020’ when they join.
The $250 eGift Card will be sent within 30 days of receiving the first premium of the new member.
You may refer as many family members/friends as you wish.
eGift Card is not redeemable for cash.
Lost or stolen eGift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
