We're happy to have you on board! There are just a few things you need to do to finalise your membership.
1. Log in to our Member Portal
Simply click Register Online, complete the details including your membership number and create a password to access your account.
If prompted, complete the online Australian Government Rebate application so you can help us reduce your health insurance costs!
2. Read the Direct Debit Service Agreement
Because we've made an agreement with you regarding access to your banking details, this is legal stuff you need to know.
What next?
We’ll shortly send you your membership card(s) and other details about your membership. Please review your membership information and contact us if you have any questions.
