What is the voice of the patient survey?
Your voice as a patient is important to us.
As your health and wellbeing partner, we want to make sure you’re receiving the best healthcare possible.
After you’ve had a hospital visit, you may receive a Voice of the Patient survey email which is conducted by an independent party on our behalf. The survey collects information on the quality of healthcare services you received as a private patient in hospital.
Participation in the survey is completely voluntary and should not take more than a minute or two of your time. The information you provide will be used to improve the value and quality of the healthcare services that we secure for our members.
Your personal details will be kept safe and will not be shared with anyone without your permission. Your responses will not be shared directly with any of the healthcare providers, staff, or hospital personnel you’ve interacted with.
