Can someone else manage my policy on my behalf?
A policyholder can request that a third party be authorised to operate the policy on the same level as the policyholder (excluding terminating membership). The policyholder may withdraw the authority at any time by notifying us, in writing or over the phone. See transaction authority.
In any other circumstances, we will only take instructions from someone that is named by the policyholder under a Power of Attorney. You can also authorise a third party to enquire about your membership but not make any transactions on your behalf.
This can all be done by contacting us.
